The Corona Virus pandemic has literally wrecked and pushed the world into a state of mental agony. Amid all this, BALCO Management has come up with a marvellous idea to boost everybody’s spirit and to strengthen team work by dedicating a motivational song to BALCO Family entitled ‘Fikar Na Kar’.
Abhijit Pati, CEO & Director, BALCO dedicated this song to the BALCO Family through a Town Hall Webinar. The song now launched through various social media platforms has now become very popular.
Pati in his message, wholeheartedly praised the song and its video presentation. He shared that this song is the voice of every Balconian who inspite of adverse conditions created by the Covid1-19 pandemic and keeping himself or herself safe is contributing towards producing aluminium of high quality and is thus committed towards Nation building.
Pati cautioned everybody that the constant increase in Covid-19 cases is an issue of grave concern for everybody. In order to jointly give our best services towards progress of our Nation, it is necessary that we religiously follow the rules and regulations for our safety and prevention of the pandemic outrage. Mr Pati congratulated and motivated the Team behind the production of the song.
The melodious voices in the motivational song –‘Fikar Na Kar’ are from Deepak Prasad, COO (Metals), Priyanka Tewari, Lead-External Affairs, and Niket Soni, Manager (Planning).
The music in the song is given by Deepak Prasad and Pankaj Soni, renowned musician from Korba. The lyrics are coined by Deepak Prasad and Mr Niket Soni. The song was recorded in BALCO’s Music Academy-‘Beats & Tones’ at Expert Club. The song made under the direction of Mr Deepak Prasad was edited by Mr Pankaj Soni and his team.
The message given through this song is that this hour of challenges will finish fast. Let’s not lose hope and fight the Covid-19 pandemic with our proactive efforts, alertness and wisdom and help the country go ahead.
Prasad shared that it is for the first time that BALCO has produced the song and video with all internal facilities. Inspite of busy schedules, the team has given its outstanding cooperation in the making and presentation of the song. Members of the BALCO family have an important role in the song making campaign.
