NEW DELHI: National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) in discharge of its obligation towards Corporate Social Responsibility under Companies Act 2013 and rules made there under has agreed to contribute funds to National Skill Development Fund to be used and utilised for the purpose of implementation of “Imparting Skill Development training to 5,000 Indian youths through NSDC”.
B-ABLE as the first partner of the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) a Ministry of Finance Initiative have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding dated 8th May 2015 with NSDC to impart training to 225 youths in courses like Domestic Data Entry Operator and Beauty Therapist in Korba district of Chhattisgarh.
B-ABLE has successfully trained 120 youths of Korba under this project.
