Rolls out second edition of its ‘SHINE’ program in partnership with Universal Higher Education Trust (UHET)

CHENNAI: Aspire Systems, a leading global technology services firm, has announced its six-month long training program, ‘SHINE’ in collaboration with Universal Higher Education Trust (UHET), Vellore. Formulated with a focus on Information Technology Skill Development & Employability, the program will enable students from lower economic backgrounds, from Vellore and its surrounding districts get employment opportunities in the IT sector.

The program is designed to build a strong foundation and enhance technical skills through practice oriented learning. We are confident that this program will serve as a platform for the deserving students to launch successful careers in the IT sector.”
The SHINE initiative is a six-month-long program, being offered for the second year, following the success of last year’s program, which benefited 22 students. SHINE program for this year has started with 20 students enrolled in it. The program is being conducted at the Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) campus. The core focus will be on imparting programming skills, enabling students get employment opportunities in the IT sector. Additionally, training in communication and soft skills will also be imparted.

We have been providing scholarships to students from Vellore region to pursue higher studies and strongly believe that this program will help students to enhance their skill sets and help them secure job opportunities in the information technology sector.”
