Tata Steel has ranked amongst the top 5 steel companies in Dow Jones Sustainability Indices (DJSI) Corporate Sustainability Assessment 2020. The results of the Assessment were declared by S&P Global in the second week of November 2020.
The Company has retained its position in the DJSI Emerging Markets (EM) Index for the 9th year in a row. Tata Steel is one of the 11 companies from India and one amongst only two steel companies from Emerging Markets that have made it to the EM Index (comprising 100 companies).

Tata Steel Limited has been participating in the Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA) since 2012 and has been a member of DJSI Emerging Markets Index for nine consecutive years.
