LANJIGARH: Sesa Sterlite under its developmental activities has tried for the development of society at a Large.

This time Company under its corporate social responsibility has aimed to strengthen the women group through tailoring training. Inaugurating the tailoring training center at Paikarani Pinda in Muniguda Block, K.R Kundu Head HR , Sesa Sterlite addressed the community to earn more by your leisure time and this is a initiative of company to strengthen the women groups in the society.

Smt. Bhanumati Nalla,Naeb Sarapanach of Paikrani Pinda G.P has attended the function and Praised Company for taking of such type of initiative which can eradicate the poverty in the region.

Basically Sesa Sterlite in association with Vedanta Foundation has set up several Tailoring training centers across the peripheral area.

Others Presented in the function are Tapaswini Ray,Tapas Patnaik from Vedanta Foundation, Sidhartha Behera, Binod Rath from Sesa Sterlite.Today Company has provided three no’s of sewing machine and arranged a trainer .Previously company has built the yuvak sangh building for the youths which can also be used for the women for Tailoring canter as Multi Purpose Building center. After getting trained, all the participants will be awarded with certificates from Vedanta Foundation and will help them to income in future.
