GPIL Celebrates World Environment Day in Kachhe Mines, Gidhali & Boria Mines

RAIPUR: World Environment Day was celebrated by Godawari Power and Ispat Ltd, in its Kachhe, Boria Tibu Mines & Gidhali Crushing Plant on 5th June.

Under the guidance of B.B.Pahi, Sr.Manager-Kachhe Mines cycle rally was carried out in this rally near about 8-10km area was covered by bicycle the villagers & employees tried to aware the children’s & localities about environment conservation, importance of plantation. Plantation was done by Employees.

R.K.Gupta, GM-Gidhali Crushing Plant addressed the school students & villagers on the eve of Environment day massive plantation was done by the employees & students at plant premises a programme was done by the students of scout & guide, students pledge to conserve & protest the  environment by planting more and more trees.

CSR of Hira GroupRajesh Shrivastav, Sr.Manager GPIL and Abhijeet Shrivastav-PRO of  Boria Mines addressed the school children’s about the present scenario of  our surroundings due to global warming plantation was done by the students after the plantation drive a prize distribution was done to the winners of the essay competition, slogan, speech & painting competition on the theme of increase in sea level & environment conservation.

Virendra Singh, Kushal Thakur, Yogita Rawat & other officials of  CSR & Environment dept. from all the units present in the event.
