NEW DELHI: Corporate Social Responsibility has moved from ideology to reality. This shift has been possible due to the initiatives undertaken by the government, financial institutions, NGOs and other stakeholders, pushing the companies to reconsider their CSR strategy. At the same time companies are also realizing that engaging with CSR not only generate favorable stakeholder attitudes and better support behavior but also in the long run, build corporate image and strengthen stakeholder company relationships leading to sustainability of business.
