MWV Pledges to donate 4.2 crores to Haria Hospital

VAPI: MWV committed to a donation of Rs 4,20,00,000 to benefit the Haria Lakhamshi Govindanji Rotary Hospital in Vapi, Gujarat subject to FCRA approval. The financial commitment will be used to improve the healthcare facilities, equipment and services offered through the hospital to the people of Vapi

And extended geographic community. The donation will go to purchasing a new MRI/CT imaging equipment, a critical part of the Neurology services and further enhancing capabilities that the hospital provides in serving the community

“MWV believes in supporting the communities in which we operate, and provision for organizations, programs and projects that meet important societal needs consistently with the company’s business goals and objectives. As a major employer in Vapi, this contribution is our commitment to the community and our employees and their families. Whether it is through our business practices or our work of community development program we have a history of sustained engagement with the communities in which we do business” stated Naveen Ganzu, Managing Director, MWV India.

The hospital renders its services to almost 1 million people of Vapi and its surrounding areas.
