The Company adopted CSR as the tool to reach to the heart of the people. Planning for inclusive and overall development, first and foremost endeavour was to bring all people on a single platform. Mobilizing and generating awareness required a series of and continuous process for which support of external agencies was essential.

In the first phase of CSR, adopting the social welfare mode, the first and foremost important task was to facilitate resettlement of all the families in the new rehab colony. Even before talking about health, education and livelihood, it was necessary that people are helped to construct their houses.

To make the colony with a suitable environment to live in and to develop their trust on the company, construction of basic infrastructure of the rehabilitation colony like 20 km roads, well connected and easy to maintain drainage system, street electricity arrangement, Community ponds for bathing places and safe drinking water arrangement etc, were made.
